In Nashville for concert. This hotel was within walking distance to Bridgestone Atena. Staff was excellent and went the extra mile. Appreciate the extras they provide for quests. Nice breakfast bar. Definitely pleased!!!! Very clean and well kept!
I had travel here and stay for a couple nights for work. This was a good location and easy to walk around from here. The valet folks were great. I had good conversation with G while only briefly waiting on my car. I enjoyed the stay and the staff are pretty great.
My wife and I stayed here for five days last weekend. Nothing could have been better. From the desk staff getting me in early to the day I left with text messages from Mercedes, it was all great. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I found myself eating even though I wasn't hungry. Loved the evening reception, (meatballs and wings we delish). Hotel is close enough to walk to downtown. We loved this place and will be back soon.....with more family members! Highly recommend staying here. Place is great and the people are wonderful.
Stayed in a spacious King Suite with living area and bedroom. Room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job—requests were accommodated, though some follow-up was needed. *Rooms facing Broadway can be noisy on weekends. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating. The hotel is perfectly located—10 minutes walk to downtown Nashville, next to Frist Art Museum and Union Station. Before arrival, Aretha went above and beyond, helping me with concerns and requests over the phone. And Karolina from Housekeeping left a thoughtful thank-you note, a rare and lovely touch. Overall, excellent value and experience. Would recommend to friends and family.
We decided to stay downtown for our Nashville trip and it was a Great choice. Holiday Inn Express downtown was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Perfect location only a few blocks from the main drag but just away from the chaos when it was time to get away from it. Parking area is safe and secure. Parking is $50+ a day in the hotel additionally.
We just arrived at the Holiday Inn Express - Downtown (Nashville). The valet team is awesome! Extremely helpful and polite! Adam was excellent and provided clear information for all we need. Looking forward to a fun stay in Music City!
Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but what really stood out was the service at check-in. Dante took incredible care of us from the moment we arrived. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional, and made the whole check-in process smooth and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his job. Because of him, our stay started off on a great note. Definitely would stay here again.
This is a great place to stay if you're in Nashville. At the top of the hill, its the start of downtown Broadway. Room was comfortable. Beer was cheap. Coffee was fresh. Also, take the bus tour that picks up across the street.
